Skillbulb collects only the information needed to operate accounts, generated companies, billing, integrations, and support.

Information we collect

  • - Account information such as name, email address, login provider, workspace role, and security events.
  • - Company-builder information such as business ideas, generated company briefs, websites, workflows, leads, assets, and settings.
  • - Support and contact information such as enquiry type, subject, messages, and replies.
  • - Usage information such as pages visited, feature usage, AI generation activity, credits, workflow runs, and error logs.

How we use data

  • - To operate user accounts, generated company workspaces, dashboards, AI agents, billing, support, and product security.
  • - To personalize generated companies, onboarding, templates, SEO content, workflows, and automation recommendations.
  • - To monitor platform reliability, prevent abuse, improve performance, and investigate failed jobs or suspicious activity.

Login, payments, and providers

  • - Google login data is used for authentication and account setup when you choose Google sign-in.
  • - Payment details are handled by Stripe. Skillbulb stores billing metadata, plan status, and invoice references, not full card numbers.
  • - Skillbulb may use providers such as Vercel, OpenAI, Clerk, Stripe, Prisma, Inngest, Resend, Vercel Blob, analytics, and email services to deliver the platform.

AI-generated content

  • - Prompts, briefs, generated outputs, and workflow activity may be processed by AI providers to create company assets and operational recommendations.
  • - Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated legal, financial, tax, medical, advertising, and compliance-sensitive output before use.

Storage, deletion, and rights

  • - Data is stored only as needed to operate Skillbulb, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support account recovery.
  • - You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, subject to retention requirements and active billing or security obligations.
  • - Cookies and analytics may be used to keep sessions secure, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the product.
