How to cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed in the Stripe customer portal when Stripe is configured.

Steps

Step 1: Open Billing

Step 2: Open customer portal

Step 3: Choose subscription

Step 4: Cancel or downgrade

Step 5: Save invoices

Open a support ticket and Skillbulb will save the request for admin review.
